In the vicinity of Jaco Beach a man selling watermelons from the rear of his truck takes center stage in this narrative. The surroundings along the Southern Peninsula of Costa Rica are abundantly lush rendering conventional advertising unnecessary. Instead just a vibrant umbrella suffices to distinguish his merchandise amid the verdant backdrop. Additionally I chose to depict a customary sight: a father commuting on a scooter with his son in tow. This tableau serves to encapsulate the essence of Costa Rican lifestyle.
