Andrea Nova Studio Return Policy

I'm thrilled that you've chosen to explore my artwork, and I want to ensure your experience with me is as pleasant and satisfying as possible. While I strive to create paintings that will delight and inspire you, I understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help you with my return policy.

To avoid the need for a return, I highly recommend taking advantage of my offer to provide a visual mock-up of your space with the painting you're interested in. Simply share reference photos and dimensions of the area where you plan to hang the artwork, along with any colors and furnishings in the vicinity. This way, you can get a clear sense of how the piece will complement your space before making a decision.

In case you're debating whether to invest in a particular piece, please don't hesitate to request additional photos of my paintings. Additionally, I can provide videos showcasing the artwork from various angles and lighting conditions. This should give you a better understanding of the painting's nuances and help you make an informed choice.

However, if for any reason you find that the artwork doesn't meet your expectations, you can exchange it for another item of equal value, or you may receive a credit that can be applied towards an original painting, giclee print, or even a commissioned piece. Please note that commissions are limited and require scheduling in advance.

To initiate an exchange, you have up to 14 days from the receiving date to contact me. The exchanged product must be in its original condition and packaging, and shipping charges will apply. Please understand that this exchange policy doesn't apply to any of my Commissioned Originals, as they are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

I take great care in ensuring the quality of my artwork, and in the rare event of a manufacturing defect in a giclee print, I will replace it at no cost to you. Moreover, if an item is damaged during shipping, you have the option to receive a credit, refund, or applicable discount based on the extent of the damage. In many cases, I can also repair the damaged piece at no cost, so you can continue to enjoy the artwork you love.
